STAR is the study association of Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM). With more than 6,500 members, STAR is Europe’s largest student ruled study association and above all the most active and professional study association in the Netherlands. One of the main activities of STAR is celebrating its [[ foundation day ]] , the STAR Party . This festival is the largest student- organized party in the Netherlands, with many internationally renowned DJs, attracts many students from the Netherlands. In addition, STAR organizes the STAR Management Week. The STAR Management Week is the largest on-campus business and recruitment event of the Benelux and the highlight of the year at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM). During this event you will get the opportunity to enrich your student life by participating in various activities. The Erasmus Recruitment Days (ERD) is the largest on campus recruitment event in Europe and offers students in all study phases an ideal opportunity to see what the job market has to offer and to meet their future employer. Every day we offer workshops, interviews, company presentations, dinners and various forms of informal recruitment. New this year is the branch internship pitch, where students can compare internships within a specific branch and find their ideal internship. Besides that, you can participate in different training to help you develop your CV or networking skills. | |||
The Erasmus Consultancy Project (ECP) is a consultancy project organized by STAR. Every year, ECP offers companies and non-profit organizations tailor-made research and consultancy services in an emerging market on a non-profit basis. This research consists of high quality desk and field research and is carried out by approximately 25 carefully selected senior bachelor and (pre) master students of the Erasmus University. The ECP has 28 years of experience and has successfully completed projects in countries such as China, South Africa, Russia, and Brazil. In addition, big companies such as Philips Healthcare, DSM, and GEA have participated in the ECP in the past. | |||
