第六條 官方作品
一、官方作品不受保護。
二、官方作品尤其指協約文本、法律及規章之文本、各當局所作之報告或決定之文本,以及該等文本之譯本。
三、如在上款所指之文本中包括受保護作品,則有關之公共機關得在其職責範圍內使用該受保護作品,而無須經作者同意,且不因該使用而給予作者任何權利。
本作品來自上列各款,在澳門,也可能在其他管轄區,屬於公有領域。
Decreto-Lei n.º 43/99/M de Macau:

- (Obras oficiais)
1. As obras oficiais não beneficiam de protecção.
2. São obras oficiais, entre outras, os textos de convenções, de leis, de regulamentos e de relatórios ou de decisões de quaisquer autoridades, bem como as respectivas traduções.
3. Se os textos referidos no número anterior incorporarem obras protegidas, estas podem ser utilizadas pelos serviços públicos, no âmbito das suas atribuições, independentemente de consentimento do autor e sem que tal confira a este qualquer direito.
Este trabalho é de um dos parágrafos acima e está sob o domínio público em Macau e possivelmente noutras jurisdições.
Decree-Law n.o 43/99/M of Macao:
- Article 6
- Official Texts
(1) Official texts shall not benefit from protection.
(2) Official texts are in particular the texts of treaties, laws and regulations and those of reports or decisions by authorities of any kind, and translations thereof.
(3) Where the texts referred to in the preceding paragraph incorporate protected works, these may be used by public services within their area of concern without the author’s consent and without any right being thereby conferred on him.

Translation note: The Chinese phrase 作品 and the Portuguese word obra means work in English, not just text in the governmental but unofficial translation. In case of discrepancy the Chinese and Portuguese texts but not the English one shall prevail.
