Dit Britse artistieke werk, waarvan de auteur onbekend is en deze niet door redelijk onderzoek kan worden vastgesteld, is in het publieke domein want het is een van de volgende:
- Een foto, die nooit eerder beschikbaar is gesteld voor het publiek (bijvoorbeeld door publicatie of tentoongesteld in een expositie) en die werd genomen vóór 1 januari 1954,
- Een foto, die beschikbaar werd gesteld voor het publiek (bijvoorbeeld door publicatie of te zien was op een tentoonstelling) vóór 1 januari 1954,
- Een artistieke werk anders dan een foto (bijvoorbeeld een schilderij), die beschikbaar werd gesteld voor het publiek (bijvoorbeeld door publicatie of zien op een tentoonstelling) vóór 1 januari 1954.
Deze tag kan alleen gebruikt worden wanneer de auteur niet kan worden vastgesteld door redelijke onderzoek. Als u hier op wenst te vertrouwen, beschrijf dan in de bovenstaande omschrijving het onderzoek dat je hebt uitgevoerd om uit te zoeken wie de schrijver was.
