De band bracht in 2012 haar debuut-EP If Anything Happens To The Cat uit. Het volwaardige debuutalbum Sun drunk moon werd uitgebracht in 2014, de opolger Mangata in 2017.[5] Opvolger Kingdom of roots werd in 2020 uitgebracht.[6][7]
De band viel omstreeks 2020 uit elkaar.
Jasper De Petter en Bram Delcourt begonnen nat het uiteenvalleen met de band Ronker. Filipe Van Huylenbroeck heeft Gato de Fogo als soloproject.
