Wikisage is op 1 na de grootste internet-encyclopedie in het Nederlands. Iedereen kan de hier verzamelde kennis gratis gebruiken, zonder storende advertenties. De Koninklijke Bibliotheek van Nederland heeft Wikisage in 2018 aangemerkt als digitaal erfgoed.

William Edwy Vine (1873 – 1949) was een Engels bijbelgeleerde, theoloog en schrijver. Hij is het best bekend voor zijn nieuwtestamentisch woordenboek van het Nieuwe Testament: Vine's Expository Dictionary of New Testament Words.

Hij was een ouderling in de Vergadering van gelovigen (’Plymouth Brethren’) in Manvers Hall, Bath. In 1927 werd bij hem een hartprobleem vastgesteld. Hij overleed in 1949.
