Bas Oskam en Arjan Terpstra zijn twee Nederlandse hardstyle-dj's die samen de hardstyle-act Noisecontrollers vormen. Ze staan momenteel onder contract staan bij Digital Age, een label dat ze zelf hebben opgericht samen met Joram Metekohy, beter bekend als Wildstylez. De Noisecontrollers hebben gedraaid op veel bekende feesten, bijvoorbeeld Qlimax, Defqon.1, Decibel, In Qontrol en Hard Bass.
Oskam en Terpstra produceren niet alleen als Noisecontrollers, ze hebben ook nog verscheidene andere aliassen:
