Characea, ik zie hierboven een hele verhandeling over categorieën op Commons. Er gaat daar veel mis en het kost uren om daar op Commons er een beetje lijn in te brengen. Dat probleem hebben we hier niet. Bij de foto's die u hier heeft geplaatst, zijn de titels veel te lang. Na het instaleren van een update van de software zullen ze (de foto's) verdwijnen. Bedenk een passende nieuwe naam, en zet dit op de pagina's, dan kan ik ze herbenoemen. | |||

Informatie over het gebruik van Wikisage is onder meer te vinden via de portalen Portaal:Hulp, Portaal:Gebruikers en Portaal:Wikisage. Heb je nog vragen, dan kun je altijd terecht bij het Hulp:Hulploket Iedere gebruiker heeft een persoonlijke overlegpagina, zoals deze. Als iemand hier iets schrijft, word je daarop attent gemaakt met een 'oranje balk'. Ook elk artikel heeft een overlegpagina. Onderteken je bijdragen op overlegpagina's en op discussiepagina's zoals het hulploket door het plaatsen van vier tildes (~~~~). Dan wordt automatisch toegevoegd wie het heeft geschreven en wanneer. Je kunt ook de tweede knop van rechts boven het bewerkingsscherm gebruiken. |

The "little helper" is called Help:Gadget-Cat-a-lot, see Help:Gadget-Cat-a-lot. Unfortunately the is no Dutch translation of the description (yet). I could try to help you, if necessary. I just saw the categories you added to File:7701_hoogkerk-bangeweer-hoendiep-suikerunieterrein.jpg etc. Obviously you do not know HotCat, which I should have mentioned first. HotCat works on one file, and you can add/change several categories; Cat-a-lot works on many files, and you can add/change only one category at a time. Moreover you should observe:
- Categories are not like tags which you can attach as you like, but they should exist (no red links, please!) Help:Gadget-Cat-a-lot
- The spelling of links is ""
- Titles of categories are normally in English, so Category:Parken van Groningen exists as Category:Parks in Groningen (city)
If you use HotCat and Help:Gadget-Cat-a-lot, this will probably help you to avoid these mistakes.
